 ● Joined a newly created global marketing team, aligning 3 regions of APAC, EMEA & NA leading in consumer experience, creative strategy providing global creative assets of visuals, short video clips, PR materials, ADs, ooh, paid media, ecommerce, packaging, windows, in-store displays, pos, pop-ups. ● Led seasonal campaign creations by building concept story, visualising pre campaign shots, running photoshoots & sets, managing postproduction ● Initiated planning a yearly critical path based on commercial moments and created global key action points calendar, used for all regions. ● Built & managed a global library by creating global creative asset guideline, directive and toolkit. ● Developed e-commerce assets based on data and A&B tests of UX&UI ● Managed design resources & budget
