● Following regional feedback, led a cross-team operational brand image project to increase brand awareness, resulting in a re-branding of the brand bible, re-designing Dunhill Homes in Mayfair Bourdon House, Ginza Japan, Twin Villas ● Successfully launched 16 window and in-store design schemes after researching, developing and presenting creative concepts to CMO and CEO ● Created design guidelines, liaised with 6 regional VM managed worldwide to ensure their understanding and execution of the quality of design output in around 180 stores globally ● Introduced new artistic designs concept using colourful ties, resulting in 36% increase in tie sales

After the social media campaign, dunhill gained around 3,700 new followers. At time, the fans no. reached to 20K from 14K with about 36% increase in daily tie sales in APAC.
